MeetingTranslator（以下簡稱「本 App」）尊重並保護使用者的隱私。本政策說明本 App 如何收集、使用及保護您的資料。

收集的資料

本 App 僅在您使用翻譯功能時收集以下資料：

• 語音資料：麥克風收錄的語音僅用於即時語音辨識（透過 Apple Speech Recognition API），不會儲存於任何伺服器。
• 文字內容：辨識後的文字會傳送至 OpenAI API 進行翻譯。文字內容遵循 OpenAI 隱私權政策。
• API 金鑰：您的 OpenAI API 金鑰僅儲存於您裝置本地的 Keychain（加密儲存），不會傳送至任何第三方。
• 說話人聲紋特徵（MFCC）：若您使用說話人辨識功能，聲紋特徵資料僅儲存於您的裝置本地，不會上傳至任何伺服器。

資料不會被分享

本 App 不會將您的個人資料出售、出租或分享給任何第三方，除非為提供核心功能所必要（如傳送文字至 OpenAI 進行翻譯）。

第三方服務

• Apple Speech Recognition：語音辨識功能由 Apple 提供，受 Apple 隱私權政策規範。
• OpenAI API：翻譯功能使用您的 OpenAI API 金鑰呼叫 OpenAI 服務，受 OpenAI 隱私權政策規範。

資料保留

所有會議內容、翻譯紀錄及說話人資料均僅儲存於您的裝置本地，您可以隨時在 App 內刪除。

兒童隱私

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不主動收集兒童的個人資料。

Overview

MeetingTranslator ("the App") respects and protects user privacy. This policy explains how the App collects, uses, and safeguards your data.

Data Collected

The App collects the following data only when you use the translation feature:

• Voice data: Audio captured by the microphone is used solely for real-time speech recognition via Apple's Speech Recognition API. It is never stored on any server.
• Text content: Recognized text is sent to the OpenAI API for translation. Text content is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• API Key: Your OpenAI API key is stored only in your device's local Keychain (encrypted) and is never transmitted to any third party.
• Speaker voice features (MFCC): If you use the speaker identification feature, voice fingerprint data is stored only on your local device and is never uploaded to any server.

Data Sharing

The App does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, except as necessary to provide core functionality (e.g., sending text to OpenAI for translation).

Third-Party Services

• Apple Speech Recognition: Speech recognition is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI API: Translation uses your OpenAI API key to call OpenAI services, governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

All meeting content, translation history, and speaker data are stored only on your device and can be deleted at any time within the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
